We understand that sometimes things don't work out and that you will want to return the item you ordered. Perhaps it doesn't fit well or doesn't look the way you imagined.
Returning items for a refund or exchange is not problem at UKDance Trainers. Simply return the item(s) within 21 days to:

Orders placed in December for Christmas presents can be returned up to the end of January.
We only accept items in their original packaging with tags still attached so please ensure you are happy with your trainers before removing or disposing of packaging. The item must also be as new and in a resaleable condition.
When returning the goods, please enclose a copy of the original invoice in the parcel, along with your instructions informing us if you require a refund or exchange.
In the event that you have received an item in error we will refund you the cost of returning the incorrect item and your original item will be sent out without additional charges.
If you are returning an item for exchange or a refund then please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) We are not responsible for any return parcels lost in transit therefore we recommend that you use a recorded service so you are able to track the parcel.
We do charge for outbound postage of exchanged items. The postage charge will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. |
