Please note all parcels will need to be signed for.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We aim to hold all items in stock and the majority of internet orders are sent within 24 hours or receipt. If you want to ensure your order is despatched on the same day then we recommend that you place your order via telephone (0207 192 8019).

If there is going to be a significant delay to your order then we will get in touch to advise you of this, at which point you can cancel or select another model.

Please be aware that during Easter and Christmas we only despatch parcels on working days.

**For UK mainland you can upgrade to Special Delivery, which is a next day service. Please email or call us if you wish for us to despatch your order on this service. There will be an additional charge of £3.50 for this upgrade.

Please note this is just a guide and sometimes delivery times can take slightly longer. Also weather conditions in the UK or the countries destination can affect delivery times. 

Recorded Delivery

All orders are sent recorded delivery to ensure the safety of your order.

Please note if you ask us to leave your order somewhere on your property (e.g. in the porch, hide under hedge) so no signature is taken, then you will not be able to claim for a lost parcel in the event of it going missing in transit or at the property. We are happy to comply with your instructions but we do recommend that if you are unable to sign for the parcel that you get it delivered to a friendly neighbour.

If you are not in then a ‘called while you were out’ card will be left. You will be expected to collect the parcel from your local depot within a set amount of days. Thereafter the parcel will be returned to us.
