Returning unwanted items

We accept returns up to 21 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the postage cost of returning any unwanted items from your order.

We strongly recommend that you return any item on a recorded delivery service as you are responsible for the safe return of unwanted items. If your returned parcel is lost in transit then we will not be able to issue a refund and you will need to take the matter up with the courier company used.

If the item you received was not the product ordered then we will of course cover the cost of returning the item to us back to the card used for the original purchase unless alternative card details are given. Please note that this only covers the cost of return via signed for Royal Mail or Parcelforce postal services and does not extend to motorcycle courier or return via taxi.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached and show no signs of wear. We reserve the right not to refund in these circumstances.

Under DSR, the seven day cooling off period starts from the day after the receipt of goods. Please note that customers returning any item after this period for a refund will only receive a refund for the cost of the items purchased. Outbound postage will not be refunded unless an item was despatched in error.

Delayed or missing orders

If your parcel is not delivered within a set amount of days, 15 working days for deliveries within the UK and 30 working days for the rest of the world, then we will submit a claim for the parcel and resend a replacement.

In the event that that you receive the initial order after we have sent you a replacement then please return the additional item within 7 days of receipt otherwise your credit/debit card will be charged for the cost of the 2nd pair. However we will happily issue a refund once we have received one pair back.

Pricing Policy

Our prices are quoted in Sterling inclusive of VAT when applicable.

If our suppliers change their prices it may be necessary to increase our prices without notice, however any orders placed at the original price, before or on the day of the price rise shall be honored.

We always aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible however, there are times when goods will be temporarily out of stock. If this happens we will email you and we will offer you an alternative or inform you of a new expected delivery date. If the alternative or delivery date is not suitable then we will refund the order in full.

Back Orders

Every effort is made to despatch your order in full. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest!

In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you ordered, we reserve the right to cancel it or contact you to see if an alternative product would be suitable.

If you are ordering goods for a show, audition or a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately four weeks in advance to avoid disappointment (e.g large quantities/large sizes etc).

Please note that we are closed between Christmas and New Year.
