'Pound' is a new full-body cardio workout that uses lightly weighted 'drumsticks' called Ripstix.
It was co-founded by former drummers Cristina Peerenboom and Kirsten Potenza and the class fuses Pilates, isometic movements with constant drumming.
The POUNDtrack takes you through rock, rap, dubstep, pop and old-school tunes to release your inner drummer and get the most out of your workout.
The class can burn up to 900 calories in 45 minutes.
