SOSA Dance Fitness® was created in 2012, to empower and inspire women and girls of all ages and abilities to get up dancing, feel confident and achieve their fitness goals without fear of judgement.
SOSA is completely unique, combining Latin, Salsa, Ballroom and numerous international dance styles to create one fantastic fusion of dance fitness!
The class has been designed to be low impact on joints, providing a safe and effective workout programme. All set to a soundtrack of catchy tunes to get you singing as well as dancing!
Founder & Creator, Katy Barrow, says;
‘I wanted to create an authentic dance workout, so ladies can learn how to dance without the need for a partner.
