Please include a copy of the paperwork sent with the parcel and note on it whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please allow 72 hours for us to process any returns during this time.
Orders placed in December for Christmas presents can be returned up to the end of January.
We only accept items in their original packaging with tags still attached so please ensure you are happy with your trainers before removing or disposing of packaging. The item must also be as new and in a resaleable condition.
When returning the goods, please enclose a copy of the original invoice in the parcel along with your instructions informing us if you require a refund or exchange.
In the event that you have received an item in error, we will refund you the cost of returning the incorrect item (if you are in the UK we can provide a FREEPOST address for you to return them) and your original item will be sent out without additional charges.
If you are returning an item for an exchange or a refund then please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We are not responsible for any return parcels lost in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a recorded service so you are able to track the parcel. We do charge for outbound postage of exchanged items. The postage charge will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
Please note that when sending returns some couriers do not post to PO Box addresses. As such, this can add days to the delivery time. We recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service in order to receive your returns in a speedy manner.
